Prior to joining LoanBud, he served as VP and Head of Operations at iBusiness Funding (a division of Ready Capital), where he helped build an SBA lending infrastructure from the ground up, led teams from 70 to over 400 employees, and helped generate billions in small business loans. His leadership played a key role in transforming the company into a top fintech lender, earning recognition as a Top 100 Fintech in 2022 and Top 10 in 2023.

Randy’s career has been marked by a commitment to innovation, having successfully launched multiple AI-driven SaaS platforms and fintech solutions. He previously founded and sold the first SaaS marketplace for auto loan portfolios.
